Qnostics Inc is a leading global organization providing molecular controls solutions for every phase of a molecular assay life cycle. Customers include assay manufacturers, research organizations and clinical laboratories. Qnostics is currently expanding their Sales Operations in the US territory. The successful candidate will be expected to bring their business skills to develop both existing and new business for Qnostics. He or she will be responsible for expanding the customer base for Qnostics’ off-the-shelf’ products as well as B2B solutions.
•Responsible for developing specific account and territory strategies while promoting the sale of company products and services within the assigned territory •Qualify sales leads, answer inquiries and maintain accurate records of activities using approved CRM software •Make sales calls, schedule visits to current and prospective customers, effectively manage all stages of sales cycle •Develop profiles of key accounts to identify key decision makers, influencers and opinion leaders. Develop and maintain effective business relationships, at all levels within assigned accounts to influence purchasing decisions •Utilize available data sources to analyses and capitalize on territory opportunities with the greatest ROI. Communicate key competitive activities, trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which include emerging customers •Understand customer operations, current and future needs, buying behaviors, competitive factors, and OEM opportunities to develop and implement strategic account plans to significantly increase revenues, profits, and customer satisfaction leveraging Qnostics’ capabilities •Monitor the competition and report important activities (technical developments, trends within key accounts, seminars, training sessions, etc.) back to Qnostics HQ •Act as company first point of contact for customer support and liaise with HQ Quality and Technical Support to solve technical inquiries and complaint related to company products. •Maintain an up-to-date database of customers for opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM purposes. Log all information (emails, calls, visit reports) on the company CRM system •Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with customers to enable continued collaborations •Build partnerships by supporting and developing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers •Define and track metrics that measure successful sales performance of accounts in the assigned region •Provide monthly reports to supervisor on accounts’ performance, opportunities, and sales funnel •Provide Marketing and R&D with feedback to consider adoption of new products, technologies, or services that will benefit Qnostics’ business efforts •Work with commercial operation sales team to manage quotes and orders, including following up with outstanding invoices and quotes •Attend relevant exhibitions to meet with key personnel within accounts •Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals, consistently with respect to expense guidelines •Performs other duties as assigned

•The ideal candidate will need to have at least 3 years of experience in the molecular diagnostics industry both in a technical and commercial role that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position •Proven in-depth knowledge of molecular diagnostics technologies •Applications from candidates with existing relationships within the Molecular Diagnostics companies and/or clinical laboratories would be particularly welcome •This role will require excellent leadership and presentation skills and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously •The candidate must have excellent communication skills to present the company’s products and services to customers in the clinical, academic and commercial fields •A proven track record in sales as evidenced by meeting and exceeding agreed annual financial targets •Good organizational skills needed for planning travel schedules to maximum customer exposure while being cost effective •Applicants will have good working knowledge of MSOffice applications and use of CRM systems (SalesForce experience a plus) •Highly driven, independent worker with a strong motivation to succeed; effective negotiator and facilitator
Qnostics is a manufacturer of a variety of own-label and custom manufactured molecular controls. Qnostics specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of Molecular Controls for use within the standard procedures of today's molecular laboratory. In addition to product supply, Qnostics Ltd has for almost a decade been a service provider to other IVD, Molecular Diagnostics, Pharmaceut...ical and CRO organisations. This particular customer base has been established through supply of custom manufactured materials in support of all stages of the assay's product life cycle from R&D to on-market customer support. Primary focus for the company is on infectious diseases, including the availability of hundreds of molecular characterised viral, bacterial and fungal targets. The main manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom is supported by commercial offices in the United Kingdom and United States. These two offices further support a network of international distribution partners.
