Slone Partners seeks a Laboratory Director for a hospital laboratory in Northwest Arkansas.
The Laboratory Director will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory with oversight of 60+ FTEs. The organization is going through a $200M+ expansion which will double the footprint of the laboratory. The Director will be instrumental in helping to build the next phase of this well-respected organization.
A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or biological sciences is required with at least 5 years of progressive leadership responsibility.
