|Required Qualifications |
• MD and/or PhD degree in science, engineering, or health related fields • Evidence of visionary leadership and successful implementation of initiatives related to diagnostics in industry or academics • For a tenured position, evidence of annually published peer reviewed articles and research funding commensurate with rank, and experience with teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level
Demonstrated ability or potential to: • Develop highest quality academic programs with academic and industry partners, preferably with experience in developing new programs and at the gradate level • Establish world class research and publication programs across academic units and with industry partners • Build relationships across a large University • Build relationships with community partners in academics and industry worldwide • Teach, mentor, and advise students in curriculum and student project work • Fund raising or development experience • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
